TDR Repairs and Warranty Claims

DIAGNOSIS FEE & WARRANTY POLICY
Spectrum will charge a $95 diagnostic fee that applies to all out-of-warranty repairs. If your TDR is found to be out of warranty, you will be responsible for the fee. If it is under warranty, there will be no fee. Diagnostic fee is included with the price of any repair.
WARRANTY & OUT-OF-WARRANTY REPAIR POLICY
All Warranty Returns must be processed through Par West who will coordinate with Spectrum. Most products have a 1-year manufacturing defect warranty (excluding shipping & handling). Warranty does not apply to solutions, some sensors and probes. A Return Authorization Form will be issued and customer’s product will be repaired or replaced at Spectrum’s discretion.
Spectrum will diagnose your return upon receipt and determine if the failure is due to a manufacturer’s defect or misuse by the customer. Once they have diagnosed the problem and determined the warranty status we will notify you with their finding via e-mail. We will include the cost of the repair if applicable.
