LEAD TIMES

As some products are specially designed and the supply chain is continuing to have disruptions, we are working our best to get you your order as quickly as possible. You can track your order here or reach out to us at [email protected] if you have any questions or for an update and we are happy to check into it for you.  

BILLING

  • Set up an account with us and email us your tax exemption certificate.  
  • We will set up your account on the back end to have future orders be exempt and refund any tax on orders purchased beforehand.  

Check out by applying to open account and we will ensure that we have you in the system. The order will be processed automatically and you will receive an invoice like normal.  

Please send your W-9 request to [email protected] and we will send it as soon as possible.  

If you ordered with open accounts terms, we will email you an invoice once the product ships.

If you ordered with a credit card, to avoid confusion we do not send out invoices. But we are happy to send one out if you would like to request one. Please contact [email protected] and we will send you an invoice as soon as possible.

You should receive a receipt automatically sent through email. If not, please reach out to [email protected] and we will send the receipt as soon as possible.

RETURNS

Please click the link here to visit the returns portal or fill out the contact form below. We will contact you regarding your return within 1-3 business days.

MY ACCOUNT

Not currently, but we are working on a customer portal that will facilitate this in the future. Please give us a call or request order history and we’d be happy to provide you with what you need.

We would need to know which buying group you are registered with to verify your course and/or management group. Please send an email to [email protected] for verification.

ORDERS

Yes, you will receive concept proof once we have received payment on your order as well as any graphic design assets needed to complete the proof. 

Shipping rates are calculated based on cart weight and product dimensions. There might be instances where a shipping rate might not populate do the the weight of the cart. When this occurs, please reach out to [email protected] for troubleshooting assistance.

To save time and reduce shipping costs, we may ship your order directly from the manufacturer. There may be a delay in getting you a tracking number as it originates from the manufacturer. After your order ships, you will receive a tracking number for your order.

Absolutely! Please notify [email protected] and we will refund the shipping amount and coordinate with you when the order is ready for pickup.

Reach out to [email protected] and we will refund the adjusting shipping and ship the order accordingly. Please be aware that if this is after the expedited shipping date, we will be unable to proceed with the refund.

Review your order and ensure you did proceed with checkout on the missing items.  Please contact [email protected] for the status of back-ordered items.

PRODUCTS

Because we carry products for every job needed on turf, we have a large amount of products and suppliers that are constantly updating and improving products. This leads to fast-changing products and obsolete products. While we strive to do our best to remove these products they can remain on the website without our intention.

Wipe down with Armor All to clean and bring back the shine.  Do this periodically and can keep these products looking like new.

We recommend a 2-part 8-hour epoxy.  We also put a small amount of silica sand in the epoxy to fill the void.  We recommend using a 2-part epoxy that is a minimum of 4 hours.  We have found that other adhesives (super glue, guerilla glue, etc.) have not performed as well.

On your practice green use a Cupless Jr. Flagstick or Cupless Practice Target.  This will reduce or eliminate cutting cups on your practice green, thus saving you time each time you change cups.  It also can reduce wear on your practice green, as you can easily change locations mid-day if necessary.  Golfers also can move them to areas they would like to putt to.

After the event is complete spray the surface with WD40 and wipe clean.
