Our 30 Day No Hassle Return Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase, so we make it simple to return something that is not quite right. We truly care about our customers and will go out of our way to ensure you are completely satisified.
- We will take back any item, for any reason within 30 days of the invoice date at our expense – No Hassles, No Questions, No Re-stocking fees. Our only exclusion to this are custom items in which we go through a rigorous approval process when you place the order.
- Refunds will be given when the return shipment reaches our warehouse and we will reach out to you to confirm your return.
- Simply fill out the return form below and we will email you a FedEx shipping label. Place it on the box and hand it to a FedEx Driver.
- We will issue you a RMA number when you get your label – please make sure it is clearly on the box so we know who you are and give you your credit.
- If you are returning something after 30 days, returns are subject to manufacturer re-stocking fees and you are responsible for shipping it back. Items received after 30 days are only given account credit with Par West, we cannot refund money on items that are past our 30 day policy.
- All products we sell are covered under their respective manufacturer’s warranties. If you feel you have a warranty issue – reach out to us and we will help you work it out with the item’s manufacturer.
