Shippping & Returns - Par West Turf

Shipping; Title; Risk of Loss. Title to Product and/or Equipment will pass from Par West Turf Services or Par West Turf Services’ suppliers to Customer on shipment from Par West Turf Services facilities or other designated third-party supplier’s facility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Par West Turf Services is Par West Turf Services or Par West Turf Services supplier’s responsibility. Loss or damage that occurs during shipping by a carrier selected by Customer is Customer’s responsibility. Par West Turf Services reserves the right to deliver Product and/or Equipment in installments.

In the event the shipment has not been received within 14 days of the billing (hard charge) to the credit card, the customer must contact Par West Turf Services so a tracer can be initiated on the shipment..

Overnight Shipping.Customers may choose FedEx Standard or Priority Overnight Service or 2 Day for an additional fee. Customer only pays the difference from our standard delivery. Contact customer service for pricing.

International Shipping.Orders outside the USA are subject to import charges, taxes and freight charges which are the responsibility of the purchaser. Contact customer service for more information.

Returns

All returns require RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) numbers. To receive an RMA number, please email us to request information and we will issue the RMA numbers to you via email. RMA numbers are only valid for 14 days, after that period it will be considered voided. We reserves the rights to refuse or reject any merchandise returned to us with a RMA number that had exceed the 14-days validity. RMA numbers must be legibly written on the outside of the carton. All unopened items carry a 30 days money back guarantee. All opened or used merchandise is not refundable under any circumstances. Shipping and Handling charges are absolutely non-refundable.
